I have a lived experience of neurodivergence and disability (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia). Neurodivergence is one of my precious intersections, as well as being a trans therapist.
I’ve supported disabled and neurodivergent communities over the past 25 years. For the past 10+ years, a myriad of autistic (and many other neurodivergent ways of being) therapy clients have been supported by me to better understand themselves, needs, communication and relationships.
I understand the frustrations, sensory overwhelm, intense big feelings, meltdowns, confusion, internalised ablism, self criticism, not feeling ‘good enough’, challenges in self regulation, masking, unmasking, and the possible knock on effect of this on autistics self care and mental health. You can see me in for specialised neurodivergent therapy, including in person Brighton autism therapy.
Whether you’re self identifying or have a diagnosis, my door is open to you. I will welcome you into my practice how you are. Stim, pace, rock - whatever you need to regulate and make sessions accessible to you. You don't have to deal with life’s challenges alone.
